Would it be possible to build a site pretty much identical to Twitter using Drupal?

The basic concept is micro-blogging. 150 character "blog posts" without titles aggregated on each users page. How would you go about making this?

Two Very Old Sharks

Here are videos of two very old species of sharks. First, the Goblin Shark. The audio is in Japanese, but its weird the way the shark's jaws move when they bite the man's arm (its at 20 seconds into the video).
The second video is of a frill shark. It usually lives 2000 feet below the sea, so this is pretty unusual. It looks a lot different than most sharks.
